FonoEducApp is a company focused on education, developing an application to support speech therapists working with children with language difficulties. The application aims to facilitate speech therapy through interactive games and playful dynamics, promoting inclusion and improving the communication skills of children with speech disorders.

The Clinical Challenge:
Fono EducApp was born with a critical mission: to support speech therapists working with children in schools. The main problem was “treatment adherence”—traditional methods often bored the children. The app needed an intuitive interface and a strong emotional hook to keep young users motivated.
Humanizing Technology:
Conceptual Sketching: Before opening any software, I started with pencil and paper. The goal was to create a universe that felt organic and welcoming, far from the clinical coldness of medical tools. These initial sketches allowed for rapid narrative validation with the team.

The Design Solution:
I translated hand-drawn concepts into a vibrant and accessible digital interface:
Flow Optimization: I restructured the navigation so therapists could configure sessions and track progress with significantly fewer clicks.
Child-Centric UX: Large buttons and immediate visual feedback designed for users with motor or speech difficulties.
Empathic Gamification: Characters guide the child, transforming repetitive therapeutic drills into playful game missions.
