Standing Out in a Digital Ocean In the midst of the pandemic, Javi’s Bakes needed to differentiate itself in a sea of new digital startups. The goal wasn’t to look corporate, but to build a close, human, and fun brand optimized for Instagram interaction.

Character-Driven Strategy We bet on a Character Illustration Strategy. I created a playful visual universe that allowed for rapid content generation and cost-effective packaging (stickers)—ideal for a Lean business model requiring quick response times.

Community & Sales The strong visual identity helped the brand consolidate a community of +5,000 organic followers in its first year, proving that empathic design drives local sales and customer loyalty.
