Kreateca is an online art supply store based in La Serena, Chile, founded in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. The business was established to help artists in remote areas access high-quality tools and materials that are often difficult to find outside major cities.
Opportunity Amidst Crisis
Kreateca was born in 2020 as a response to the artists’ need to access high-quality materials without leaving home. The challenge was to build a brand from scratch and an E-commerce platform that was not merely transactional, but one that inspired creativity during times of lockdown.

This approach aimed to create a versatile and consistent brand language, offering flexibility to maintain a strong identity across different media and promotional campaigns.

The Solution:
Community-Centric Design: I developed a comprehensive strategy that united technical functionality with emotional connection:
- Robust E-commerce: Implementation of a WooCommerce store optimized for conversion and inventory management.
- Content-Driven Sales: I went beyond web design by creating a video content strategy (Unboxings and Product Tests) where I personally validated the quality of the materials.

The Differential Value
The “User-First” Approach
By testing products on camera, we successfully lowered the online purchase barrier (“Is this pencil actually good?”), generating immediate trust and building a loyal community of creators.
Unboxing y de productos
Validación de producto y creación de contenido educativo para aumentar el engagement y la conversión.
