The project started as a website redesign for UpBim, driven by company changes and service updates. However, after a deeper analysis, I identified the need for a comprehensive restructuring of the brand and its content.
The Challenge
Up! BIM is an engineering consultancy specializing in BIM methodology. Despite their technical expertise, their digital presence did not reflect their authority: navigation was confusing, and potential clients were lost before making contact. The challenge was to transform a static website into a B2B client acquisition tool.

Design Strategy
My approach focused on clarity and conversion:
- Content Strategy: I redefined the tone of voice to speak directly to the needs of the corporate client.
- Information Architecture: I reorganized the menu and content structure so that complex services were easy to understand at a glance.
- Visual Design: I modernized the interface (UI) to convey technological innovation, aligning the aesthetic with high-level engineering.
