Kreateca is an online art supply store based in La Serena, Chile, founded in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. The business was established to help artists in remote areas access high-quality tools and materials that are often difficult to find outside major cities.
I developed the brand from its logo to the full design of its e-commerce website, along with participating in the digital marketing strategy. The corporate design was conceived as a dynamic brand, allowing the visual identity to be adapted in different ways according to context, theme, or use.

This approach aimed to create a versatile and consistent brand language, offering flexibility to maintain a strong identity across different media and promotional campaigns.

Additionally, I managed marketing campaigns and served as a community manager, overseeing the brand’s social media presence. This involved creating content for social media and the website, carefully selecting the type of content to attract the artistic community. Priority was given to creating educational materials on the use of different products, interviews with local artists to showcase their work, and promotional videos highlighting the versatility of the products. In these interviews, we discussed topics such as which materials were most popular among artists, which provided the best results, and their personal favourites, while also debunking myths about materials and brands.

Social media management ensured steady growth in the community and customer base, contributing to the long-term sustainability of the business. Thanks to the developed content, we attracted new suppliers and expanded the range of products available to customers.
